Terms of use

These terms cover the Kesrol app and kesrol.com, from OM Innovation AI Inc. ("Kesrol", "we" or "us"). By using Kesrol, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Who can use Kesrol

You must be 18 or older and in the United States to use Kesrol.

2. General information, not legal advice

Kesrol gives general information to help you prepare to ask for a raise. It is not legal advice, and using it doesn't create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. Laws vary by state. For a question about your own rights at work, check the official sources the app points to, or talk to an employment lawyer.

3. No guarantee of any outcome

Kesrol helps you prepare. It doesn't guarantee a raise, a particular amount, a promotion or any other outcome. Your manager and your employer make those decisions. The pay data in the app comes from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and describes occupations and areas, not your particular job.

4. The AI coach

  • The coach is AI, not a person, an expert or a lawyer. Its replies can be wrong or incomplete. You decide what to say and do.
  • Each purchase includes 20 script rewrites and 10 rehearsal sessions, with daily limits.
  • We may pause or limit the coach to prevent abuse or runaway costs, and we may stop coach use for an account that misuses it. The plan, script template and practice checklist keep working without the coach.

5. Your purchase

The full plan is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, made through Apple's App Store. Apple handles payment and refunds under its own terms, so ask Apple for any refund. Deleting your Kesrol account doesn't refund the purchase. You can restore it with Restore purchases on the Apple Account you bought it with.

6. Using Kesrol fairly

Use Kesrol only for lawful purposes. Don't try to get around the coach's limits or safety checks, use the coach to produce harmful content, interfere with or reverse-engineer the service, or enter other people's private information that you don't have the right to share.

7. Your content and ours

What you write in Kesrol is yours. You let us process it only to run Kesrol, as the privacy policy describes. The Kesrol name, the bird mark, the app and its content belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your own preparation.

8. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent the law allows, Kesrol is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions you or your employer make. Our total liability for any claim about Kesrol is limited to the amount you paid for Kesrol in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

9. Apple

If you got Kesrol from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Kesrol or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.

10. Changes and ending

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If you keep using Kesrol after that, the new terms apply. You can stop using Kesrol and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
